Abstract Providing sophisticated web Quality of Experience (QoE) has become paramount for service providers and network operators alike. Due to advances in technologies (HTML5, responsive design, etc.), traditional QoE models focusing mainly on loading times have be refined improved. In this work, we relate Google’s Core Web Vitals, a set metrics improving user experience, the time aspects QoE, investigate whether Vitals agree perceived experience. To end, first perform objective measurements using Lighthouse. close gap between complement these with subjective assessment by performing multiple crowdsourcing studies. For purpose, developed CWeQS, customized framework emulate entire page process, ask users their experience while controlling which is available public. properly configure CWeQS planned study setup, conduct pre-studies, evaluate importance strategy task.
